VOLANT Strategic Planning

3163mt1 Every year in August we have a window of time before school begins where we evaluate the season we've come through, we pray, and we seek God's will for the VOLANT Klub inthe upcoming school year.  This year our month of seeking is especially important because of the leadership transition we are going through.  We wanted to invite you to pray with us as well as we seek God for VOLANT.

Here are some of the strategic questions we're wrestling with this year...

  1. Who will be on the new VOLANT leadership team this fall?
  2. How can we strengthen and deepen the core group of students in VOLANT?
  3. How can we connect our new believers even more into the local church in Sumperk?
  4. How can we build on the momentum in relationships with our unbelieving friends that was generated by E-camp this summer.
  5. How will we lead and organize our weekly programming during this school year?
  6. How will our partnership look with other evangelical church youth groups in Sumperk this year?
  7. How can we use our short-term missionaries most effectively in VOLANT?
